Coming from a male dominated industry, I am convinced that focusing development of female leaders is as beneficial for all companies’ management, as it is necessary in terms of cultural improvement of general leadership. I am grateful to have the opportunity to take part in that way forward by exchanging and sharing thoughts in a network, that has the potential to make the difference.
