I am a strong supporter of women achieving their full potential professionally and I was active in my previous company as the leader of the GE women’s network for Switzerland. I am convinced that diversity in a company’s leadership is critical to reach creativity, innovation and excellence. A strong network of like-minded women, enabling further professional development, exchanging and supporting each other is a great opportunity and as such, I am very pleased to be able to join the generation CEO network, that has the potential to make a difference
